Why Jesus?

This website is intended for police officers and police staff who are already Christians and can subscribe to the CPA Basis of Faith. If you’re not quite there yet in terms of your faith: this page is for you!

A jargon free, readable book that introduces people to the Christian faith without strings or preconditions. It uses straightforward language to explain what Christians believe and why.


Christianity Explored by Rico Tice and Barry Cooper
(Paternoster, 2002)
An engaging down-to-earth book, peppered with illustrations from films and modern culture, looking at key elements of the Christian faith, including: "Who was Jesus?" and "What is a Christian?" A great overview.
